Sires
In recent years Gyranda has purchased a significant number of select poll bulls. This is to give clients further options.
We select our Santa Gertrudis sires primarily for structural soundness, fertility, growth rate and temperament. Selection is achieved through a combination of visual appraisal and other objective information available to us, eg Breedplan's Estimated Breeding Values. (EBVs)
We encourage you to view a selection of some the sires currently used within our herd. (Some of these Sires have semen available for sale).
